Return Policy for Online Gift Shop

Thank you for shopping with us! We take your experience seriously here and want you to be happy with your Gift Shop purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund within 2 weeks of purchase.

When you use your label to return your item, please keep your tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit to us without tracking. We recommend keeping that tracking information handy until your return has been fully processed.

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. As soon as it is processed, we will issue your refund.
